The other point is that in such a hotel you can never see a carpet in a business room , totally spoiled with some terrible stains! Secondly, staff; both front office and f&b need some training on basics of service. Thirdly, food itself. Breakfast was included, but every time it felt like it was left overs from yesterday. I know it is Covid times and distance and stuff, but to get attention of waiters you need to start dancing cha-cha-cha in the middle of the restaurant. They do anything to avoid you. To get a coffee, you need to go the bar and start to stare in everyone's eyes to get noticed, however I didn't see that they are short of staff, they just walk around trying to look busy.
